Please read following terms (Exchange and Return Terms) carefully before ordering products from 75 Volts Pte. Ltd. online store.
75 Volts Pte. Ltd. is the owner of this site.
By ordering products from this online store, you agree to be bound by our Exchange and Return Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not purchase from this online store.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS TERMS.
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you will be able to return your purchase(s) made at our online store within 7 days of receipt of your order for a full refund provided your reasons for returns, after investigation by 75 Volts Pte. Ltd. is acceptable. Acceptable reasons would include manufacturer defects and for items delivered not being the same description as per ordered or for wrong items delivered. Other reasons of acceptance, if at all, will be solely based on the discretion of 75 Volts Pte. Ltd. on a case to case basis.
All return packages must be accompanied by official proof of purchase from our online store and must also include undamaged / original packaging. Returns must be dropped off at any mutually agreed locations as per instructed by 75 Volts Pte. Ltd. on a case to case basis.
Note 1: Consumable or Expendable Products by nature are non-returnable.
Note 2: Return Policy may not apply to select promotional campaigns.
75 Volts Pte. Ltd. does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy. However, from time to time, exceptional sole discretion on the part of 75 Volts Pte. Ltd. may be exercised to allow for exchange.
Damaged and Defective Products.Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you.
We do not refund products that are:
Obtained from a source other than 75 Volts Pte. Ltd.
Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)
Eligibility of Return.
Return process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order or within 12 days of your order receipt.
Items should be un-used and should be in its original packaging.
75 Volts Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any returns without specific reasons.

The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control; although once we do receive your return we will process your request as quickly as possible. We therefore require you to allow us at least 15 days to receive and process your return. Your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 30 days, please contact us to check on the status of our refund.
We will refund full purchase price or amount as where mutually agreed of the relevant product(s) returned to us. Refunds will usually be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
